LINDSAY M. MALITZ
For over eight years, Lindsay M. Malitz has been immersed in trial practice, trying more than 500 cases.
Ms. Malitz launched her career in the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in 2000. During her six years as a criminal prosecutor, Ms. Malitz tried more than 500 misdemeanor and felony bench and jury trials. Ms. Malitz currently handles a variety of litigation matters in the areas of contract, collections, real estate and criminal law in both state and federal courts. Ms. Malitz is also experienced in the area of alternative dispute resolution, having handled numerous arbitrations.
Ms. Malitz was admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois in 2003. She is licensed to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is an active member in several organizations including the Illinois State Bar Association.
Ms. Malitz is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Indiana University - Bloomington, where she received her B.S. in Business. In 2003, she graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law where she was a member of The Order of the Coif and the Moot Court Honor's Society.
